Mastering Sauces
A good sauce can elevate a simple dish to great heights. Too often, people are afraid of making sauces. Chefs Mick and Barbara will show you the techniques and tricks to making a great sauce every time. Sauces will be accompanied by grilled steak and veggies for you to enjoy in class.

All equipment and aprons will be provided for use during the class.

Class starts promptly at start time. 
As we will be cooking, closed toed shoes are required.

No one under the age of 21.
Tickets are non-refundable.
