La Festa della Pasta
Anyone who has had freshly made pasta can attest to its deliciousness. We will focus on the technique of hand mixing pasta dough, and then rolling, cutting and filling pasta.

Each student will make their own egg pasta dough.  We will then roll our pasta out using different machines and rolling pins.  Some will get cut into fettucine, some will get cut by hand (pappardelle, maltagliati), and some pasta will get filled (ravioli).

We will make several sauces and then enjoy our pasta feast family style.

Our Festa della Pasta is a relaxed cooking class that is more like a culinary party.

Party classes make a great date night and a fun way to meet new people.
Bring a bottle of wine no corkage fee.
All equipment and aprons will be provided for use during the class.

Class starts promptly at start time. 
As we will be cooking, closed toed shoes are required.

No one under the age of 21.
Tickets are non-refundable.
